Shipping Policies

REV Robotics facilities are closed on weekends and holidays. If you place an order during these times, it will be added to our shipping queue on the next available business day.

Please note that all purchases will be processed and shipped from our REV Global Asia. Our operating days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays observed in China. Orders placed after 4 AM GMT on weekdays, as well as on weekends or holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping services and transportation costs can be estimated in your cart and will be finalized at checkout. Please note that the available carriers and shipping service levels are determined by the shipping address provided; we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. These options may also be subject to change as we refine our shipping processes and carriers.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, a notification will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

Order Processing - Shipping Options Missing

If you do not see the expected shipping options at checkout, please check the following:

  • Incorrect Delivery Address: The provided delivery address may be incorrect, or our shipping carriers may not recognize it as a valid address. Please double-check your delivery address for accuracy and try again.
  • Order Weight Limit: Please note that your cart total may exceed our shipping weight limit. For assistance with processing your order, please contact sales@revrobotics.global.

Restricted Items and Hazardous Goods

All customers are responsible to confirm with the destination country regarding the import of  hazardous or restricted goods that may be on the order.  

Please note that REV Robotics cannot assume responsibility for items that are restricted by various countries, which may lead to refusal or delays by customs.

Standard Shipping Information

    • UPS Worldwide Express Saver
    • Transit times are estimated and not guaranteed.
    • During periods of high order volumes, processing may take up to three business days before orders are shipped.
    • Transit times are calculated based on business days only, with the selected transit time commencing on the day the order is shipped.
    • All transit times are varied depending on the geographical location
    • REV Robotics cannot assume responsibility for lost or undelivered shipments through UPS.

    Estimated Transit Times

    UPS Worldwide Express Saver estimated transit times will vary by geographical location. 

        North America: 3–5 business days
        Europe/Asia Pacific: 3–5 business days
        Other regions: 3–7 business days

    Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed, and delays may occur due to customs, holidays, weather or other logistical issues.

    Customs, Duties & Taxes

    Customers will be responsible for paying import charges (such as VAT, customs duties, brokerage fees, and other local charges) before delivery of their order, and will not have VAT applied at checkout.

    Import charges (such as VAT, customs duties, brokerage fees, and other local charges) will be paid to the customs broker at the time of importation.

    Typically, the carrier (UPS) will act as the customs broker unless another broker is specified by the customer prior to shipment.

    Determining the exact amount of import charges is the responsibility of both the government agency charging the taxes and the customs broker who is importing the items. If you wish to receive a full estimate of import charges, we would suggest contracting with a local customs broker for the most accurate estimates. The country of origin is China for all shipments from REVRobotics.global.

    Options to pay your Import charges with UPS

    We recommend contacting UPS or your local customs office for more details on specific charges. 

    Track your package: Start by tracking your package on the official UPS website.

      1. Look for the "Pay Now" option: If import charges are applicable and online payment is available, you'll see a "Pay Now" link on the tracking page.
      2. Review the charges: Click "Pay Now" to access the Import Charges Details page, where you can see a breakdown of the duties, taxes, and fees owed.
      3. Select your payment method: Choose your preferred payment method (e.g., credit card).
      4. Provide your billing information: Enter your credit card details and billing address.
      5. Complete the payment: Proceed to the checkout process and finalize the payment.
      6. Save your proof of payment: You can download or print a receipt as proof of payment.

    Incomplete or Damaged Orders

    Upon arrival, please thoroughly inspect your shipment for any discrepancies. If you find any shortages or damaged goods, please document them immediately, including taking photos of both the carton and the damaged items.

    After documentation, please notify REV Robotics at sales@revrobotics.global within 24-48 hours. In your notification, include all relevant details such as yourorder number, tracking number, and a clear description of the issue.

    Delays & Force Majeure

    Delays arising from customs inspections, natural disasters, government restrictions, carrier backlogs, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. In such situations, we will make every effort to assist; however, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
